The mandate of Jesus Christ is to: “make disciples” throughout the world. This begins by making Jesus Christ and His saving grace known to others. Events, resources, outreaches, speaking, teaching, and training opportunities are designed to help non-Christians come to faith alone in Jesus Christ for the glory of God and then to grow to become fully obedient worshippers of God.
Just becoming a believer in Christ is not enough. He or she needs to grow in grace and the full knowledge of Christ. Make It Clear Ministries is being used of the Lord to provide:
Radio and Media
The daily broadcasts of Make It Clear on radio in Honolulu, in San Antonio, and in Orlando; and the 24/7 accessibility on our website www.makeitclear.org of the sermons of Dr. Stan Ponz, provide people locally, nationally, and globally the opportunity to hear Biblically sound messages from God’s Word.
Fulfilling the purpose of Make It Clear Ministries cannot be done alone. To accomplish this, it must have qualified and approved committed men and women who share the same purpose and live it in their own lives and ministries.
ABOUT THE BIBLE - The Bible is God’s Word to us. Human authors, under the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit wrote it. Because God inspired it, it is the truth without any mixture of error. It is the supreme source of truth for Christians to believe and live. Psalm 12:6; 119:105,160; Prov. 30:5; 2 Tim. 1:13; 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20, 21.
ABOUT GOD - God is the Creator and Ruler of the Universe, He is eternally existent in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and are one God. Gen. 1:1,26,27; Psalm 90:2; Matt. 28:19; John 14:8-11; Rom. 8:13-16;1 Cor. 12:3-6; Col. 2:8,9
ABOUT JESUS CHRIST - Jesus Christ is God the Son, and is co-equal with God the Father. He was virgin-born, offered Himself on the cross as the perfect sacrifice for our sins. Now lives for us in heaven, Will return again for all believers. Matt. 1:22,23; Luke 1:26-35; John 1:1,14; Heb. 4:14,15; 1 Cor. 15:3-7; Acts 1:9-11; 1 Tim. 6:14,15; Titus 2:13; 1 Pet. 2:24.
ABOUT THE HOLY SPIRIT - The Holy Spirit is co-equal with God the Father, and the Son. He is present in the world to draw men to Christ. He lives in every Christian the moment they trust in Christ. He enables the Christian to live with power, understanding of spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. John 16:7-13; 14:16,17; Acts 1:8; Rom. 8:1-11; 12:1-8; 1 Cor. 2:12; 3:16; Gal. 5:25;
ABOUT MANKIND - People are made in the spiritual image of God, All of us are marred by a sinful nature, which causes us to live in disobedience to God. This “sin-nature” separates people from God and causes many problems in life. Genesis 1:27;Psalm 8:3-6; Isa 53:6a; 59:1,2; Rom 3:23.
ABOUT SALVATION - Salvation is God’s free gift to us, but we must accept it by faith alone in Jesus Christ. We can never make up for our sin by self-improvement or good works. Only trusting in Jesus Christ as God’s offer of forgiveness can anyone be saved from the penalty of sin. When we place our faith alone in Christ alone, we are saved. Eternal life begins the moment one receives Jesus Christ as his personal Savior by faith, and is eternally secure in Christ. Rom. 3:23; 6:23; Rev. 21:27; Eph. 2:8,9; 2 Cor. 5:21; John 3:16 1 John 5:13; John 6:37,39; 10:28.
ABOUT ETERNITY - People were created to exist forever. We will either exist eternally separated from God by sin, or eternally with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is eternal condemnation in hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and hell are real places of eternal existence. John 3:36; Romans 6:23; 8:17,18; 1 Corinthians 2:7-9; Revelation 20:15.
